Catering FAQ
We went ahead and answered a few questions that you might have about booking us as your caterer.
However, feel free to contact us with any other questions or concerns.
How do I know you will do a good job?
Our best recommendation comes from our catering clients, completing thousands of events a year and being voted Best Caterer in Mississippi. Please check out our catering testimonials or our online reviews.
How do I know you will bring plenty of food?
Our 125% guarantee assures we will not run out of food for the number of guests on the order. If we do run out of food for the number of guests guaranteed, we will refund the cost of your meal plus issue a 25% credit for your next order.
How much notice do you need to book my catering?
- For Drop-Off/Pick-Up Catering, we ask for 48 hours’ notice. However, please feel free to call us at 662-801-9140 for last-minute orders. We’ll move heaven and earth to take care of you.
- For Casual Hosted Catering, we ask for 7 days’ notice.
- For Full-Service Catering and weddings, we recommend you book as far in advance as possible to ensure your date is reserved on our calendar. Feel free to call us for short notice events. If we have an opening, we are more than happy to work with you.
Do you have any minimums for catering?
Our Self-Service Catering packages require you to order for a minimum of 15 guests. Our Casual Hosted and Full-Service Catering requires a minimum of 50 guests.
Is delivery available?
Yes. We currently offer delivery to Oxford and the surrounding areas. Delivery charges are based on distance from the catering kitchen and size of the order. Please call 662-801-9140 for specifics.
What levels of service do you offer?
We currently offer the following:
Express Setup and Go: Served in disposable aluminum pans and trays; perfect for leftovers and easy cleanup.
Casual Hosted Buffet: Your buffet includes chafers, buffet host, disposable dinnerware, and setup and breakdown of the buffet area.
Full Service: Includes a higher level of service with upgraded disposable dinnerware or china, preset tables, cafeteria style or plated tableside meal service, and setup and cleanup.
Cafeteria Style: Event staff will serve guests from the buffet and has a $200.00 service fee to cover additional staffing and service costs.
What is your cancellation policy?
For all Express Setup and Go catering orders, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. For all casual hosted and full-service orders, we require 14 days, as we have scheduled staff and blocked off our catering calendar.
Can you make accommodations for special diets?
Absolutely! We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Any balance paid by credit/debit card will incur a 3.5% convenience fee. For your convenience, we are happy to set you up with a house charge account, with an approved credit application. All outstanding invoices must be paid within 3 days of the event completion.
I only need some items catered. Do I have to purchase one of your buffets?
Absolutely not. We offer almost all our catering specialties as à la carte catering items. Order exactly what you need. À la carte is only offered for drop-off or pick-up orders.
